On official Blaze match days, the box office opens at 09:00 and remains open until the game starts.
The live match environment is loud and vibrant. The arena features strobe lighting, flashing visual effects, amplified sound systems and high crowd noise levels. These conditions may present health risks for anyone with photosensitive epilepsy or sensory processing sensitivities, and all visiting attendees are advised to take appropriate personal precautions.
Travelling fans are encouraged to bring noise and colour to their block, but strict stadium safety guidelines apply to all match night gear.
