The Coventry Blaze are pleased to confirm the signing of American forward Jaxson Ezman for the 2026/27 Motorpoint Elite League season.
Ezman, 23, will begin his professional career with the Blaze in 2026/27, following in the footsteps of fellow Princeton alumni Mike Kennedy, Nick Seitz and Adam Robbins, who have all previously iced for the club.
During the 2025/26 season with the Princeton Tigers, Ezman played 34 games, recording 11 goals and 15 assists for 26 points.
Over his collegiate career, Ezman iced in 101 games for the Tigers, registering 22 goals, 28 assists and 50 points. He was also named to the ECAC All-Academic Team in both the 2022/23 and 2023/24 seasons.
Prior to his collegiate career, Ezman split his time between the USHL and NAHL, winning a Midwest Division title with the Janesville Jets and being named the NAHL Academic Player of the Year in 2020/21.
Blaze Head Coach Kevin Moore said: “Jaxson brings a combination of grit and creativity to our club. He works incredibly hard, controls the hard areas of the ice, and has the ability to play in many roles. He is also an incredible teammate and will be a great addition to our culture. We are excited to have Jaxson in Blaze Blue this season.”
