Message from Keeno’s Family

Hi, I am writing this on behalf of Dayle’s Mum Kay, sister Daryll, and brother Jamie. My name is Bobby Keen brother of Dayle’s Dad who passed away November 2023.

Dear Coventry Blaze, Fans and Friends,

I want to extend our deepest gratitude for the outpouring of love, tributes, and kind words following the passing of my nephew, Dayle ‘Keeno’ Keen.

Your support during this incredibly challenging time has been a source of comfort and strength for us.

Dayle was not just a coach –  it sounds like he was a beloved member of the Coventry Blaze community, and your heartfelt tributes reflect the impact that he had on so many lives.

The messages, memories, gestures shared and tribute by the Belfast Giants’ AVFTB podcast have meant the world to us, and they serve as a beautiful testament to the person Dayle was and the lives he touched.

The warmth and solidarity shown by the Blaze family and fans are helping us navigate through our grief.

Your unwavering support has reminded us that we are not alone in our sorrow.

While Dayle may no longer be with us in person, his spirit lives on in the memories we hold dear and the legacy he leaves behind.

We find solace in knowing that he will forever be remembered fondly by all who knew him!

Thank you once again for your kindness, compassion, and support during this difficult time.

Your gestures will hopefully bring us comfort and peace. We are truly grateful.

Heartfelt thanks Kay, Daryl, Jamie, and myself Bobby.
