To ensure comfort and safety for everyone attending games, Planet Ice makes the following information clear to all visitors.
Tickets
If you wish to leave the arena during the game or a period break, use the main doors only, and keep your ticket with you at all times so there is no issue getting back inside.
Parking
There is no parking on the Skydome site other than in the allotted multi-storey car park. Vehicles parked on the paved areas may be removed without warning for security purposes. An external company regularly issues parking charges, which is outside the control of the arena.
Bag search
All bags coming into the arena will be searched as customers enter the concourse, and customers may at times be subject to random searches at the discretion of the security staff on duty. To avoid delays, arrive a little earlier than usual — and to help us further, we recommend bringing no unnecessary bags or holders with you.
Food and drink
Externally purchased food or drink is not to be brought into the arena. The venue is happy to accommodate items on medical grounds, provided evidence is supplied. Items found will be turned away or stored until after the game has ended, for collection on your way out.
Medication
You can bring your essential medication along to match nights at the Skydome Arena, so long as it is labelled correctly and does not pose a safety risk.
Assistance dogs
Assistance dogs are welcome on match nights at the Skydome Arena. Please be aware, though, that noise levels can be high during games. If you are attending with an assistance dog, let the Blaze office know at the time of booking by emailing [email protected] or calling 02477 719919.
Suspicious activity
If you have any suspicions or safety concerns at any of our events, please speak to a member of our security team, who will be happy to assist.
For the full terms and conditions of entry to the Skydome Arena, see the Planet Ice Admissions Policy.
