Ethan Kane has served as the Head Equipment Manager for the Coventry Blaze since 2019, overseeing all team equipment needs, dressing room operations, and away-game logistics. A vital fixture behind the scenes at Skydome Arena, he also brings international experience to the club, having served on staff for Great Britain's Women's national team and capturing a World Championship Division II Group A gold medal in 2022.
