A Coventry Blaze Academy product, British goaltender Joel Bearman joined the senior squad in 2025 after gaining valuable top-flight experience with the Fife Flyers. The local netminder enjoyed a standout junior career in Coventry, notably helping lead the U18 side to a league title in 2023/24 behind an impressive .957 save percentage.
