Director and co-founder of Coventry-based Elite Therapy, Nicky Sherlock serves as Head of Rehab for the Coventry Blaze. With more than 20 years of dedicated service to the club, she manages player injury prevention, acute matchday treatment, and comprehensive rehabilitation programs. Nicky also brings high-level international experience to the Great Britain Senior Men's national team, having worked across numerous IIHF World Championships and Olympic Qualifiers.
