A legendary fixture behind the scenes in Coventry, Steve Small served as the club's Head Equipment Manager from 2000 until 2019 before transitioning into an Assistant role. Having supported the Blaze for well over two decades, he has been part of every major trophy triumph in franchise history, including four EIHL regular season titles and the historic 2004/05 Grand Slam. Small also possesses decades of elite international experience, serving on the backroom staff for the Great Britain Men's national team across multiple IIHF World Championships.
