Great Britain have confirmed their 25-player team for the World Championship in Czechia which gets under way next weekend.
After playing in February’s Olympic Qualifiers, Sean Norris and Cole Shudra are named in a World Championship squad for the first time.
Netminder Lucas Brine also receives his first full international call-up after icing as back-up in the two challenge games with Poland last weekend.
GB completed their two-week training camp in Nottingham this morning and now have a day off before departing for Czechia on Sunday.
The team will spend four days at their pre-tournament training base in Slany and will face Kazakhstan in a challenge game on Tuesday at 5pm (4pm UK time).
Pete Russell’s side will then move to Prague on Wednesday ahead of their opening game of the World Championship against the world’s number one ranked team Canada on Saturday 11th May.
