The fixtures for the 2026/27 Motorpoint Elite League season are now available.

The Genting Casino Coventry Blaze will begin the competitive campaign with a Challenge Cup schedule that opens away to the Sheffield Steelers on Saturday 12 September, before three successive home group games against the Cardiff Devils, Manchester Storm and Sheffield Steelers.
Blaze will make the long trip to Dundee Stars for their opening Motorpoint Elite League fixture on Sunday 20 September, before hosting their first league game of the season against Manchester Storm on Sunday 4 October.
Challenge Cup action continues throughout September and October before the group stage concludes with a trip to Manchester Storm on Friday 30 October.
Supporters can look forward to an exciting opening spell of league action at the Skydome, with Belfast Giants and Dundee Stars visiting over the weekend of 10 and 11 October before home clashes against Sheffield Steelers, Nottingham Panthers and Cardiff Devils in November.
The festive period once again delivers some of the biggest fixtures of the campaign. Blaze host Cardiff Devils on Boxing Day before making the return trip to South Wales the following day. Attention then turns to the traditional New Year derby weekend, with Coventry travelling to Nottingham on New Year’s Eve before welcoming the Panthers to the Skydome on New Year’s Day.
The closing weeks of the regular season also promise plenty of drama, including a road double-header in Belfast on 20 and 21 March – a particular highlight for travelling supporters.
The regular season concludes with a final weekend featuring a trip to Sheffield Steelers on Saturday 3 April before the Blaze bring the league campaign to a close at the Skydome against the Belfast Giants on Sunday 4 April.
The Motorpoint Elite League Playoffs will begin the following week, with the Playoff Finals Weekend returning to Nottingham on Saturday 29th and Monday 31st May 2027.
Before competitive action begins, Blaze will prepare for the new campaign with four pre-season fixtures, beginning at home to Manchester Storm on Saturday 29 August.
French side Les Gothiques Amiens visit the Skydome the following evening before Blaze travel to Guildford Flames on Saturday 5 September, with the Flames returning to Coventry the next day to complete preparations for the 2026/27 season.
