Exercise and sport play an important role in mental health and overall wellbeing!

Set up by Beth Mabey, Energize specializes in a variety of exercise led interventions, through mentoring programmes designed around the individual in order to improve their mental health and overall well-being.

Energize create psychological informed environments, for others to be able to express themselves through the use of exercise strategies, open communication and self-reflection, learning how to adapt learnt behaviours that may be inhibiting on their own mental well-being.

The programmes designed helps reconnect the body and mind, giving the individual a powerful toolbox of learnt helpful strategies that they can use to improve their overall well-being and progress forward in the future.
