Following the success of the Elite League’s first retro event last season, the Genting Casino Coventry Blaze will again take the opportunity to celebrate our history on Sunday 24th March 2024 vs. Manchester Storm at Skydome Arena (5.30pm).
In the game, all current players will wear a special Five-on-3 Heritage jersey which takes inspiration from our tenth anniversary shirt which was worn during our league winning season of 2009/10.
Thanks to a dramatic hat-trick from the late Adam Calder in Edinburgh, the Blaze claimed a fourth Elite League title in six years during the tenth anniversary season.
Each current player will wear the modern take on the jersey against the Storm, and these will be available to purchase for £150 via our online store from 12pm on Friday 23rd February.
All player jerseys will be available except for #16 Kim Tallberg which will be the shirt off the back raffle prize on the night of the game and #11 Kobe Roth’s which will be the Blaze Booster Club Online Raffle prize.
