The tie will be decided by an aggregate score, decided over two legs as follows:
First-Leg: Saturday 11 April: Coventry Blaze vs. Cardiff Devils at Skydome Arena, Coventry (7pm)
Second-Leg: Sunday 12 April: Cardiff Devils vs. Coventry Blaze at Vindico Arena (5pm)
The winner will progress to the Playoff Finals weekend taking place on 18 and 19 April at Motorpoint Arena in Nottingham.
