The Genting Casino Coventry Blaze will return to the ice on Saturday against Dundee Stars at Skydome Arena (7pm face-off).
The fixture will be our first since the deeply upsetting passing of Nottingham Panthers forward Adam Johnson.
Many of us will have found events since Saturday distressing, and in consideration of this a breakout support room will be available from doors open when we host the Stars.
Blaze partner Energize Training, who have expertise in mental health and overall wellbeing, have kindly offered to be on hand for ANYONE who feels the need to get away or needs support during the game on Saturday.
All games taking place in the Elite League this weekend will be organised with appropriate and fitting tributes to Adam Johnson.
We are aware that a number of Nottingham Panthers fans will be joining us, and this support is, of course, also available to them if anything gets too much.
The breakout support room will be located at the open end of the arena, opposite the FanHub and will be signposted.
