The Genting Casino Coventry Blaze enjoyed a dominant four-point Elite League weekend, delivering commanding 7-1 victories over the Dundee Stars and Fife Flyers.
Saturday was a particularly memorable night for Coventry-born defenceman David Clements, who marked his 500th Elite League game with an assist.
Alessio Luciani stole the spotlight, scoring twice and adding an assist to bring his Elite League points total to 24 (11 goals, 13 assists), placing him second in the league behind Cardiff Devils’ Josh MacDonald (25 points).
On Sunday, Chase Gresock delivered a scintillating hat-trick, while Mike Regush racked up six assists across the weekend. Nick Seitz also shone, contributing two goals and three assists, leaving both players tied for third in league points with 23.
