Blaze add American forward Robbins

The Genting Casino Coventry Blaze are pleased to announce the signing of American forward Adam Robbins for the remainder of the 2025/26 Elite League season.

Robbins, 25, joins the Blaze from the Cincinnati Cyclones of the ECHL, where he appeared in four games, recording one assist. He joined Cincinnati after completing his rookie professional season with the Tahoe Knight Monsters, tallying nine goals and four assists for 13 points in 51 ECHL games.

Before turning professional, Robbins spent five years at Princeton University, where he was a four-time member of the ECAC All-Academic Team.

In his senior season (2023/24), he led the Tigers in goals (11), assists (18), and scoring (29 points), earning a nomination for the prestigious Hobey Baker Award. He also served as an assistant captain in his final year with the program.

Across 111 NCAA games, the Alpine, New Jersey native amassed 58 points (21 goals, 37 assists). Prior to college, Robbins won the 2021 Clark Cup with the Chicago Steel of the USHL.

Head Coach Kevin Moore said, “Adam is someone who is a great teammate. He has a high hockey IQ, and he knows how to use his quickness to win body position and protect pucks to make plays.

“Our team is dealing with significant injuries right now, so I’m excited to add Adam to our squad.”

Robbins will wear #10 for the Blaze and is in line to make his home debut on Saturday at Skydome Arena vs. Dundee Stars (7pm).
