The tie will be decided by an aggregate score, over two legs as follows:
First-Leg: Saturday 11 April: Coventry Blaze vs. Cardiff Devils at Skydome Arena, Coventry (7pm)
Second-Leg: Sunday 12 April: Cardiff Devils vs. Coventry Blaze at Vindico Arena, Cardiff (5pm)
The winner will progress to the Playoff Finals weekend taking place on 18 and 19 April at Motorpoint Arena in Nottingham.
